They are now looking for a dynamic Commercial Roofing Service Manager to join our team and lead our service sales operations to new heights.
As a Commercial Roofing Service Manager you will be at the forefront of driving the growth and success of our service sales division. This role involves developing strategies, mentoring technicians, and fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure the profitability and expansion of our service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: As the Commercial Roofing Service Manager , recruit, train, and lead a high-performing service technicians. Provide coaching and mentorship to drive individual and team success.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities in the roofing industry.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. As the Commercial Roofing Service Manager, ensure exceptional customer service and long-term partnerships.
- Technical Expertise: Collaborate with service and technical teams to develop tailored solutions for client needs. Maintain an in-depth understanding of various roofing systems and services.
- Performance Monitoring: Set performance goals, track progress, and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee budget management for the sales department and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in roofing sales, with a strong focus on service sales.
- At least 5 years of experience in an operations management role, within the roofing or construction industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of roofing systems (e.g., TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, modified bitumen).
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
